配送は日本国内を対象としております。
ご注文確認後、通常3～7営業日以内に発送いたします。
受注状況や大型連休等により、お届けまでお 時間をいただく場合がございます。
送料はご注文内容や配送地域により異なります。
ご注文時に表示される送料をご確認ください。
商品発送後の配送状況につきましては、配送会社へお問い合わせください。
※天候や交通事情等により、お届けが遅れる場合がございます。
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Japan only.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that processing and delivery times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, or special circumstances.
Shipping fees vary depending on the order contents and delivery destination. Please check the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery status and tracking updates.
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges/返品・交換について
お客様に安心してお買い物いただけるよう、商品に不備があった場合は誠意をもって対応いたします。
■ 商品不良・誤発送の場合
商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
確認後、交換または返金にて対応いたします。
■ お客様都合による返品・交換
イメージ違い、注文間違い等による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
■ ハンドメイド商品について
一つひとつ手作業で製作しているため、色味や仕上がりに個体差が生じる場合があります。
■ 石膏製品について
強い衝撃により破損する場合があります。
お取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After reviewing the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or differences in personal preference.
Handmade Products
Each item is handmade with care. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These differences are part of the unique character of handmade products.
Plaster Products
Our plaster products may break if dropped or subjected to strong impact. Please handle them with care.
